Fixed Time / Fixed Price
Fixed time, fixed price model offers a low-risk option and can be applied when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. We charge clients a fixed price to manage the development of their application for them.
In fixed time, fixed-price engagements, the AIMES Grid Services approach includes scoping, development, implementation and support. Combining the fixed time, fixed price model with our offshore delivery centre, we offer customers a tremendous advantage on the cost front. In the fixed time / fixed price model, you only pay us as the deliverables get accepted, reducing your risk.
Time and Materials Based Model
AIMES Grid Services assigns a project team whose composition is determined by project requirements. The time and materials based model offers the flexibility to balance team size and project workloads. We use this model when scope and specifications for the project are not clearly defined. Clients are charged monthly, based on the total effort reported by the team for each month.
Partnership / Joint Venture
If you have a compelling argument for the development of a new system, we may be able to partner with you by sharing the risks and the development costs. You may for example have a guaranteed revenue stream for the planned application or have existing customers and a planned application will increase revenue. Either way, explain your ideas to us and we may be able to offer this option.
